I went home this past weekend for Father's Day this past weekend and was able to make a baby shower and a wedding too. It was a very busy weekend with family and friends but I still could not tear myself away from work. I found a few hours during the weekend to do a few searches for friends who are First Time Homebuyers and are looking to buy before the $8,000 Tax Credit is gone on Dec. 1st. I found a couple of my clients a few homes that meet their criteria and were able to send them their way to weed out and see if they are something they want to go and see this week. It's always nice to go home for a weekend but I've been playing catch up all day on e-mails and searches for my clients. Got to get back to it! :)
